Every wheel is hand built by a professional wheel builder who rides, and cares about your ride.

We're not just available, we WANT to hear from you. We want to build you something unique whether it's rainbow spokes or custom decals to match your bike. Custom really does come standard.

Ride Maple wheels are priced far lower than our competitors without sacrificing quality. We don't use house-brand hubs or cheap spokes and nipples.

Your wheels come taped and with valves installed. We even include a pouch of sealant because we can't fathom you still running tubes!

All Maple Wheels have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. To qualify for warranty, all wheels must have been purchased through an authorized Maple dealer or directly from Maple "new" and not as "used" or "demo".

Buried in the fine print of other brand's "lifetime warranty" is some variation of what you're reading here.  We're just upfront about it.  We stand behind our wheels, but if you run inadequate tire pressure or other such causes of rim breakage that no wheel can withstand; that's on you, and is what our Incident Replacement is for. 

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us to start the process.  Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, broken spokes or nipples, misuse, impact damage, products that have been altered, improper maintenance, or incorrect installation.  Additional parts installed are not covered by the warranty policy (i.e rotors, tires, etc).

3 Year Incident Replacement (updated December 2023)

Our incident replacement policy is simple. Crash or break it in the first three years of original ownership, and we’ll replace it for a fraction of the price of a new wheel.

Incident replacement includes: rim, labor, spokes, nipples, and tubeless tape. Customers are responsible for shipping to Maple and shipment back to you is included in this transaction.

*Intentional damage is not covered so don't hit your wheels with a hammer or something dumb like that.  Driving into your garage with your bike on the roof is actually covered because that is embarrassing yet also happens to the best of us.

**When you send your wheels to us you must remove your tires, rotors, cassette, tape, valves, dog poop, etc.

We've worked hard to keep rims and hubs in stock to avoid insane lead times. Currently we are delivery most wheel orders in 3-4 weeks.

We work hard to avoid waste and use recycled materials whenever possible in shipping.
